Made of select pine, this 16" x 1" x 2" will come in handy in multiple uses:

  • Skim: After adding new size to your tray, the skimming/divider stick works better than a paper towel or newspaper for skimming the foam to one end of the tray, where it can be easily scooped out.
  • Divide: Use this stick to divide the tray into two sections. This is great when you are doing workshops or just want to work on a smaller area. Please note that it does NOT prevent the size from passing under or around the stick. You may need to use a shim or toothpick to wedge it in tightly. Multiple sticks can be used (we like to divide our tray into four sections for workshops where participants are working on small items such as hankies, paper, coasters, or picture frames.
  • Shim: Use this stick to help you level your tray when working on uneven ground. Do NOT use this stick to level your table leg - use a wider stick for that.
  • Stir: Use this stick to stir your size in the tray, when adding fresh size to older size, or to simply refresh the size after several prints have been done, or if one section of the tray has gotten warm due to exposure to direct sun.

NOTE: Free shipping does not apply. Shipping for wholesale orders, or orders of tools and supplies will be billed separately. Please watch your email inbox.
