Sometimes called the peacock rake, this tool is so much fun to use! With parallel rows of pins spaced evenly apart, this tool is great for making ocean swirls, as well as the peacock, bouquet, and frogs' foot patterns shown here. We use a special jig to ensure that the pins in our double rake are perfectly spaced.
