Handcrafted of select pine with multiple layers of marine-grade polyurethane finish; PVC drain and cap. You will receive a FREE Big Kahuna Rake with your first order of a 16" x 74" or larger tray.

These trays weigh approximately 22 pounds each, not counting the packaging, and due to their length (about 78 inches with packaging), oversize item fees may apply. Cost of shipping fees and insurance typically runs about $55, but can go as high as $125 per item for US Domestic addresses, using UPS as the carrier.*
Save by ordering 2 trays! The shipping cost for two trays of the same size is only slightly more than the cost of one tray shipped alone. You can save $30- $70 off the cost of shipping by ordering 2 trays to be shipped together!

- If the ACTUAL total cost of shipping of this order is less than $36, you will receive a refund of the difference.
- If the ACTUAL total cost of shipping of this order is MORE than $36, you will receive an invoice for the difference.
*Every effort will be made to minimize costs but we want to be sure your trays and tools arrive safely, so we will not cut corners to save a buck or two if the packaging takes it over the limit. That said, we may opt to cover the difference, and only bill you the lower rate :)
