Pebble Beach Silk Scarves and Sarongs
On display in our booth at the Huntington Beach Pier, the beautiful water-inspired beach wrap pictured has been the inspiration for many make-your-own scarves!! Although this particular sarong shown has now found it's forever home, we are pleased to offer to make one for you, too, so that you can have it to keep or give as a one-of-a-kind treasure. Choose from 7 different sizes!
SCARVES: all of our 100% silk habotai scarves are finely finished with a hand-rolled hem.
FRINGED SCARF: Our fringed 11" x 60" scarf is made of 100% flat crepe silk, with a 4.5 inch fringe at either end (total length is 69 inches). The crepe drapes beautifully and has a slightly shiny surface. The silk fringe is hard to make, hard to get, and not cheap - very elegant!!!
SARONG: Measures 36" X 60" (about 3ft. x 5ft.) or 44" x 72" (about 4ft. x 6ft.). Hand painted on slightly heavier 10mm Habotai with hand rolled edges sewn with silk thread. Great for the beach or pool!!! These generous one-size-fits-most sarongs can be tied at the waist or over the chest. Either size would also make a stunning wall hanging or table cloth.

Classic Gel-Git Scarf 11" x 60"
"Gel-Git" means back and forth in the Turkish language, and the Gel-Git design is created by moving the rake back and forth through the water to form long, feathery patterns in the paint floating on the surface of the water.
This beautiful design can be created on any size scarf, in any color combination. The actual scarf shown in the photo is no longer available, but a very similar one may be purchased by clicking below. To order the Gel Git in another size, fabric, or color, please go back to the store page to view options for custom ordering.
